Freddy Got Fingered(IMDb)(IHM)(Rotten) was correct my little friends. An Unemployed cartoonist is getting kicked out of his parents house, and he decides to turn his parents in for sexual abuse on his little brother (obviously how the movie got its name) so he can stay.
